Our first scheduled IDC in Texas is scheduled to begin on Saturday, March 9, 2024. Evening and weekend IDC sessions for those who need to extend their program begin on Monday, February 12, 2024

What prerequisites are required to enroll in the PADI IDC?
To enroll in an Instructor Development Course, you will need to meet the following
requirements:
Have been a certified diver for at least six months
Be a minimum of 18 years old.
Have at least 60 logged dives to enter the IDC and 100 logged dives to attend an Instructor Examination.
Complete an Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care certification course (or equivalent course) within the past 24 months.
Be medically cleared for diving by a physician within 12 months.
