Our May IDC Staff Instructor Course is scheduled to lead directly into our May PADI Instructor Development Course, allowing you the opportunity to staff an IDC immediately,
During your IDC Staff Instructor Course, we will:
Review your instructor-level knowledge of dive theory
Develop your dive skills into role model demonstration
Practice knowledge development and confined water training
You will also attend the following four curriculum presentations:
Instructor development standards, procedures, and curriculum
How to organize and conduct the PADI Assistant Instructor course
The Psychology of Evaluation and Counseling
Evaluating knowledge development, confined water, and open water teaching presentations
